We manage the entire process from start to finish. Clients that hire us as their owners-rep adviser save significant time and pay approximately 25% below market for their solar energy and/or battery storage project.
We provide you with software tools to analyze your project on your own.

If you decide to move forward with a project, we provide you with a technology platform and best-in-class RFP/contract documents so you can run a competitive bid process on your own.

If desired, we can provide you with a list of pre-qualified installers that have installed a minimum of $100 million of projects in Southern CA.

Clients that use our DIY kit pay approximately 30% below market for their solar/battery storage project.

We work with landlords (industrial, office, retail, self storage, & apartment) who want to use an independent advisor to help implement a solar energy and/or battery storage project. We help you: i) analyze the project and ii) pick the right installer via a transparent bidding process that results in the most competitive pricing available. We offer a do-it-yourself kit, or we can manage everything for you.
